FOUNDER & CEO  

With over 32 years of technology experience, Bashar focuses on establishing strategic partnerships with key technology providers to build Robust as a security-focused consulting firm. Before founding the company in 2003 with Salem and Wadih, he started his career as an engineer. He has an Economic Engineering Bachelors degree from the University of Jordan, a Masters degree in Business Information Computing Systems from San Francisco State University, and holds multiple technical certifications and various business accreditations.

FOUNDER & COO

Salem has over 28 years of customer service and consulting experience, and oversees the daily operations and technical aspects of Robust Network Solutions. Before founding Robust, Salem earned a Business Information Computer System degree from San Francisco State. He holds multiple technical certifications, and has been working in the technology field since graduation in 1991. When not at work, Salem enjoys traveling and visiting new parts of the world.
